Christmas Eve Service –
Thurs., December 24th @ 7:00pm
There will be nativity tableaux vivants (or living scenes) complete with Mary, Joseph, angels, shepherds, and wise men! There will be singing, a brief message, and candlelighting. It’s a great time to invite a friend or neighbor!
Past Events/Information:
Christmas Caroling – Sun., December 13th @ 2:30 pm
Join a caroling caravan that will go to senior residences, nursing homes, and homes of shut-ins. We will finish around 5:00 or 5:30 witha simple but nose-and-toes warming supper. Sign up on the bulletin board at church.
Annual Gingerbread House Party –
Sun., Dec. 6th @ after service
All are welcome, and 3 or younger must have parent assistance. We will have a quick pizza lunch then get to building. Bring some candy for trimmings and to share! Please sign up in the fellowship hall so we know how many supplies to get.
Advent Workshop for Families - Sunday, November 22nd
Join us after church on the 22nd of November for a fun filled hour of constructing advent wreaths and learning about the advent season. This will be very interactive, so please bring your whole family. You will walk away with your personal advent wreath and prayers to read each Sunday of advent as you light your candles. Whitey Graham Memorial Food Drive – Saturday, Oct. 17th
Gather food for the Thanksgiving season for our local food drive. Drop it off at church during the week or the morning of the 17th. If your family would like to help sort through the cans and food products, let us know. We will gladly include you.
Annual Pumpkin Party – Friday, Oct. 30th
Come to BPC for an evening of pumpkin carving, generally making a mess, and having loads of fun. It will be a great time for kids (and adults) to have fun and share with other families. After we’re done carving, we’ll light up our jack-o-lanterns and enjoy our masterpieces. Remember to invite another family to join in the fun!
